With
more than 50 years of history, Herval Móveis e Colchões operates in the
national market directly from its Gaucho headquarters to the whole
country. With
the objective of better serving the North and Northeast, the industry
invests in a new unit in the industrial district of Bezerros [PE], whose
inauguration happened on June 2, with the presence of the authorities
of that state and customers. The
Pernambuco unit will supply the two regions in the supply of
mattresses, furniture, upholstery, as well as H Chemical products, such
as PU foams, thermoformed parts, injected PU, dubbing, among others. With
an investment of more than R $ 80 million, the unit is equipped with
machinery of different nationalities and latest generation, such as
continuous foaming machines, warehouse and blocks deposits with
21,000m3, synchronized with automatic feed to the furniture factory,
suitable Meet shorter delivery times and reduce shipping costs. With
250 thousand m2 of area and 35 thousand m2 of built area, the complex
was designed with thermal and acoustic insulation, ventilation system,
natural lighting, LED night illumination, lake for rainwater collection,
communication and monitoring in fiber optics . Herval Nordeste started two activities with 170 employees, 90% of which are residents of the region. The
intention is to reach the end of this year by doubling this number,
projecting in the near future to have more than 600 professionals. "The Bezerros factory has the size of the importance of the North and Northeast markets. Aware

products, I believe that this partnership with the municipality of
Bezerros is important for the growth of the brand and, of course, the
municipality and its citizens, "explains Herval Group president Agnelo Seger. In
the inauguration event, the presence of Governor Paulo Câmara, Deputy
Governor Raul Henry, Mayor Severino Otávio Raposo Moreno, Deputy Mayor
Breno de Lemos Borba, municipal secretaries and other state and
municipal authorities were confirmed.
